Well, when she started working on it, she realized that the files were blank. argh. I asked her if there was something simple we could do that would work, using our colors and come as close to our fonts as possible. Sara was amazing! She found fonts that worked perfectly and matched our colors very well! When I asked for bolding of one of the words and to resend the proof, she did so quickly and was so efficient. I was so excited to know I didn't have to work long and hard on the signage. Sara gave me options of how to get it printed. Since it was cheaper and probably easier to apply the new signs in print, rather than vinyl, we went with that option. The only down side is that she probably doesn't have the latest software and/or technology to create good files, but that didn't really seem to matter since the problems really were on my end. The price seemed decent but I really didn't price out other places because I didn't have time and I like using local smaller businesses. She came recommended by our graphic designer Erin Martin (god bless her creativity!) since she was a locally owned business. While this business was suggested, I still reached out to 4 other printing companies but Mi-Te seemed reasonable and fair especially when it came to timelines and expectations. While we did have a few small hiccups, Terri was great to work with. She went as far as letting us use her double sided tape gun with 2 extra rolls! The only location open is Glencoe.
