Management and employees need to take a training course in customer service as they were less than competent in this area. As time passed without the banner that was paid for we called requesting updates as to when we might expect a finished product. We received nothing but lies and false promises as to when the job would be complete. Maybe our order wasn't large enough for ASAP Signs to consider important. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and explained that we would never again use ASAP Signs for any future printing needs we were shrugged off with an I don't care attitude. Here's one time where trying to support local business didn't pay off. On top of all that the banner had smudges from finger prints as this was finished so late it was removed from the printer and handed off shortly after, in a rush.
