I chose to work directly with them instead of going through a third party to have some high-end fleeces and vests embroidered with our company logo and they turned out absolutely beautiful. One of the women who worked on our pieces has 20 years of experience and it shows in the quality of the embroidery. Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. Every time I went in, they seemed to be very busy, but they always made time for me and even put a rush on an order for me when I left out a few pieces. Thanks to them, I still hit my deadline! I worked directly with Marisa, but everyone I met was very helpful and the process was very smooth. I look forward to working with them every year.

While they're the gentleman was doing something on the computer it took him about a minute to even look up and acknowledge that I was there he told me that he couldn't find where he had put the template and he took my number and said that he would call me the next day and I could pick it up that was 6 days ago and I'm still waiting for a call. Terrible service I would never go back and I would never recommend someone to do business there! I read some of the other reviews and they were negative as well.
