They used a nice heavy stock and even put some additional touches on the cards that made them even better - I had said I wanted to mail them out, so they set the back up to look like post cards with a return address (they asked me first) and a lined area to write my cards. We had a good experience at Independence Plaza location. The guys there were super helpful and offered zip ties free of charge to close up our totes after we mixed them up and had to open them. This location off East Del Mar does not appear to like or be grateful in any way towards military. They said they do not offer military discount (lie) and if we wanted insurance we had to package in their packing only (also a lie). When we checked their corporate website it shows clear as day that they do offer military discount and as long as totes (or any personal package) are new and up to their guidelines they will insure it. Lady at the counter clearly needs to go back to day 1 of her training. I wish we would've gotten her name but we didn't. Would NOT recommend this location and definitely never visiting this store again.

My account still shows my order has not been processed. When someone finally answered the phone, they did not speak English and could not help. A worker later told me she cannot provide answers because the people in charge do not respond to her either. There is zero communication, professionalism, or accountability.
