Claimed I had confirmed and the conversation was recorded - only when listening to the recording of me saying NO with a supervisor (how long do you suppose THAT took to make happen?) did I finally get clarification - only for nothing to get rectified and still being charged. Just don't even mess with yellow page advertising, especially this slick, high-pressure, dishonest company that uses ACS for their billing. You will regret working with them.
