He took an order of mine on a Thursday evening and said there was no way the sign could be ready for at least 3 weeks. On Friday morning I called to cancel the order but he's closed on Fridays. So he returned my call on Monday morning and informed me that the sign had already been made and that I was going to have to pay for it regardless. I was out of town and could not check out whether the sign had actually been made. However, he agreed to shoot me an email showing that it was made but he never did! His son, Darren, is no better. I ordered a sign to be installed on the existing posts. When they came to install the sign, the installer had new posts ready to install it. I informed the installer that no new posts were needed. He called Darren on the phone and all he reduced the price by was $30, which was the cost of the posts, but not the cost of the labor. What a rip off these guys are! NEVER AGAIN will I use them for a sign. I will contact someone from out of state before I contact them. Do yourself a favor and place your order with another company, not with these strong- arm guys who take advantage of other business owners! The only reason I gave them one star is because there is no way to rate them a negative number!

I am starting an outdoor company and need decals and to get my truck wrapped. Everything I've ordered has been on point and has been good quality work. The staff is very professional and have a lot of patience (you have to have patience to deal with me-that's fact)! They are in the process of wrapping my truck and have experienced some obstacles with some equipment and have been very informative of what they are up against and that says a lot for them! I'm quite sure that with the pride they have in their work that my truck will be above expectation and I will continue to use them for all of my graphic needs! Again, no mention of anything being factually wrong about my review. I guess since my review made it obvious I'm NOT deleting it, he decided to tell me how he really felt. Now, instead of going back to his business model to see if there's anything he should fix/change (i.e.: listening to clients about their wants and needs, fixing and correcting the changes clients request and paid for, having steps in place to ensure quality and security of site, etc.) he spends his time retaliating against those who speak out against him. As others have said before me, "The business owner, upon reading my previous review, decided to launch personal attacks...to include sending threatening messages and fabricating quite a fantastically fictional story which he posted." He's created entirely fictitious reviews and posted them all over the internet, in an attempt to smear my current place of employment. Luckily, my new place has integrity and lets its work speak for itself. I also have a boss who's not afraid to stand up for what's right. History has proven that the truth will always reveal itself- and has made me a true believer! We have now gotten more positive reviews and client referrals. Upon seeing his actions, our clients have been so appalled, they've really rallied behind us. We have literally been showered with love and support. Talk about an eye-opening experience. Again, thanks to former reviews, we are fully prepared in case he continues his MO and sends me "threatening text messages that attempted to threaten me and my place of employment with litigation for posting a negative review of his unprofessional business practices." So Brett, I hope you see this as a lesson that scare tactics and retaliations will only get you so far. As the Bible states, "Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment." You've had your moment. And now that's passed. It's up to you how you want this to be resolved. You and your employees can continue attacking and creating false reviews OR you can take a good hard look at your business and business practices. I would suggest the latter. What you're doing isn't working or sustainable. Not to mention not right. In any shape or fashion.

Alicia came alone and got right to work, from my 3rd floor down to my 1st. She moved quickly but was relatively thorough as she cleaned her way through the 2005 sq feet. I opted to stay home for the cleaning, as the weather was just plain bad, and I had some paperwork to struggle through. I generally stayed out of Alicia's way during the cleaning to give her space, but whenever we did interact, she was really pleasant. I love having the house this clean. It's just a better feeling or around I'll surely be heading her back in the future, and I recommend you as well. He was here maybe 30 minutes and told me that I'd have to select the size on each and every doc in a 200 page file. When I told him that it had worked properly for the past 5 years with no issue, he said that I was being combative. I paid him his fee.... For doing absolutely NOTHING, except insulting me and my intelligence. As it turns out, I fixed the issue myself. The problem was that even though the adobe acrobat reader icon was on my computer screen, it was just an inoperable shortcut. Somehow, it had been deleted from my computer. After redownloading adobe acrobat reader, it now prints files on the correct size docs. if Phillip did not know how to repair/fix the issue, he should NOT have accepted the job and wasted his time nor my time, but most importantly my money for doing nothing and being arrogant, obnoxious, and insulting! since you are the computer expert, why then did you not even offer to look at the computer??? Also, it was working properly up until approximately one month ago, not 5 years ago. You apparently didn't hear that either.

Initially I told the owner that I wanted to have her clean the fridge,…read morestove, oven etc. She said "OK" Well when she got to my residence/ new home she said that the fridge, stove and oven were extra as well as cleaning the inside of the cabinets. I then called the woman who was going to clean my apartment. She was charging me the same exact price to do her cleaning yet the inside of the cabinets, stove, oven and fridge were included in the price. Well the owner then told me that she would throw in the fridge and cabinets. I really just wanted her to communicate these extra charges before she came out to my home to clean. When she cleans windows she charges separately for each side of the windows e.g. inside and outside. I told her upfront that someone was coming in to change out the toilet. This is the only way that I could schedule it before my move in. Well when the plumbers were removing the old toilet some of the water from the tank got on the carpeting. The cleaning folks also steam cleaned my carpets. I mentioned to the owner that I wanted to reclean the carpet where the water from the toilet dripped on it. She said with a big smile "we're not going to bring out the steam cleaner again" I told her that she should give the client what they need or ask for. As long as it's reasonable. Nope, they were not going to bring out the steam cleaner again. I told her that when she refused to help me reclean the carpet in that tiny area I decided that our relationship would end. She told me that I should of had the toilet fixed BEFORE she got there and that she shouldn't have to clean up someone else's mess. I then said to her "well didn't you just clean up after the individual's mess who used to live here?" I told her that schedules don't always work exactly like you want. We didn't have a written contract. There was nothing stated about my needing to have the toilet put in BEFORE they did their cleaning. I am the boss. I pay their salary. They do what I ask or I find someone else to do the next job. Re-steam cleaning that tiny area of carpet would have been very easy. She also chose to set the oven on self clean. We ended the cycle early because it was taking too long. Well when they were waiting outside I opened up the oven. She had not cleaned at all in the oven and it was FILTHY. She could have checked it one more time before they left so she could have finished the job. When it came time to pay she threw a number at me. I told her that I would like to see how she got that total. She said "but you told me you would pay whatever" She kept repeating that statement over and over. Yes, I did say that I would pay whatever the cost was relative to the items I asked her to do. I didn't mean that she could just throw any number at me without showing me a breakdown of the charges or that "whatever" meant that I would give her a blank check. She said angrily "I want to get paid for my work!" Yes, I know that, but first give me a breakdown of charges. I am not going to pay you "whatever" without getting an accurate number. When she totaled up the charges I actually had to pay more than the first number she gave me. She also spent a lot of time on the phone while working. A couple of times I needed to ask her questions, but she was tied up on the phone. She didn't bring oven cleaner. I went and purchased some for her. I will end up cleaning the oven myself. I told her upfront that I have incurable stage 4 cancer metastasis in my spine. I was originally going to pay her through PayPal, but with the negative dynamics going on I chose to write her a check. I will find a more professional cleaning service for my future needs.
