I felt like a massive burden for calling for a consultation. The person who answered today was annoyed at my questions, as if I should know more. But I was calling because I don't know much. My questions were related to what I need to know to make a decision about whether to accept my doctor's suggestion of declaring me "permanent and stationary" (vs. staying the course in treatment without such a declaration yet) and if there are any pitfalls I might get myself into. I'm a self-critical person, and I work in customer service, so I usually know when I did something to earn the annoyance of someone else in customer service, and I just plain didn't here other than being unknowledgable. Maybe she was just having a cruel day? It sounds like they're good Attorneys, and people do have bad days, so... I wish you luck if you call them.
