What a fun experience!! We stopped in when we went to Pinnacle Peak for dinner. It was so much…read morefun, the rest of our party also got photos taken. So fun to experience the costumes and set ups and then choosing the final pictures, etc. It really was a great time and although a smidge costly on the price, it was a wonderful experience and very worth the money! Highly recommended!!

We had a fun time getting dressed up & photos were emailed very quickly. I thought the pricing is…read morereasonable but felt it was a little rushed. Many costumes were able to be worn over regular clothes. They have options for plus size people and even little children. Dresses, skirts, every cowboy type getup you might want. Hats, props, cowboy & vintage style shoes- lots of options. I recommend getting an earlier appointment in the day; clothing isn't worn by anybody else the same day. You have the most costume options that way. If you are decent with editing photos, I recommend getting the photos emailed in color. It is easy to put a Sepia or B&W filter with a vignette around the edge (can be done on iPhone editor). Price is $15/per person for the sitting fee. That is just to dress up and get photos taken. Each picture we kept was $12/each and emailed to me immediately. With a tip, we got 8 photos for 5 people for $200. The guy working there was friendly helping us pick out the outfits & getting dressed. He had a lot of back-to-back appointments and I think he should give himself 10-15 minutes more per appointment so he isn't rushed. We did not have an option for backgrounds. Evening appointments only get the bar background due to lighting setup. Additionally, he posed us with 3 standing & 2 sitting. I would have liked to have more options for positions/poses. Once seated, we were told he we have one set with everyone holding guns & the next set would be with alcohol bottles. We took a serious pose, a smiling at camera pose, smiling looking at each other, and a silly one. The silly ones are my favorites. I would have preferred to have more creative opportunities which make the experience more fun. Maybe posing with sitting on the bar? I felt like he was a bit short with us due to time so I was told that's the only position we could fit everyone into, which is the only reason I didn't put 5 stars. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our digital photos. I wish I had gotten them in color, as I can't go back and see the original once the sepia ones were sent. I could switch it to B&W without issue. I would have liked to not be rushed, it seemed to stress the man out because he does his best to stay on time for later appointments. Overall, grab your friends and family and do something fun while you are in Tucson!

TLDR: THERE'S NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT! Terrible communication! If your dog has any kind of anxiety…read moreissue, please don't leave it here. I have a 3 year old rescue poodle mix with a history of separation anxiety and inability to tolerate being crated. When I first got him 2 years ago he hurt himself pretty bad trying to get out of a crate. I explained this to Erin twice - when I went for the tour and 10 days later when I called to make the reservation. On the tour Erin showed me the standard "suite" which is a long hallway with animal shelter-type chain link kennel and the "deluxe" suite which is a single block wall room with walled outdoor run. I told Erin he would need a "deluxe" suite and lots of human and dog play time due to his separation anxiety disorder. This place does NOT require a meet and greet with your dog. I left my dog at 4:15 pm on Thursday 2/9 and again asked for as much dog and human play time as possible. I did not have to sign anything or leave a credit card. The next morning, Erin called me to let me know that Max had a little scrape on his nose and that they didn't want me to be surprised by the injury at pickup. I asked her what happened and she said there had been a big wind storm during the night and that the morning feeder person found him bloody - he had been trying to get out under the steel door. That's when I first realized THERE'S NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT. When I picked him he could hardly walk. The bridge of his nose was badly scraped. His chin, lips and gums were badly injured. His toe pads on his two front feet were shredded - he was limping from the pain. He looked like he had been beaten down. I asked Erin why she didn't tell me there's NO night staff and she said "You didn't ask." AYFKM?? There is NOTHING on their website indicating they have no one there overnight. For my dog this was no "vacation," not a "resort," and he was not treated like "family" despite what their website says. And the vet bill was twice what the boarding fee would have been - at least. And FWIW my daughter's lab won't be back - my daughter was also shocked to hear there's NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT!!!

The reception we got when we dropped off our lab was not welcoming. No happy welcome for my pup. If…read morewe didn't have a flight the next morning I would have taken him away from this place right then. I SHOULD have researched this place better, as I finally realized any interaction with my lab was determined on how much money I wanted to lay down, with a 15 minute "limit" each time. Hmmm, a lot of hours without interaction. Nobody is at this facility at night. From what I can determine, at least an 8 to 12 hour span. Too bad if your pup needs to pee or poop in the early mornings... The photos we received during his stay showed littered material in the background during his play session. Looks like a chew toy totally chewed up. Not my pups toy. No concern for my pup to be choking on any of it. Made me wonder just how they really treated him. When we picked up our lab, the reception was about the same. Pay now, here's your dog. No conversation about how my pup did during his stay. Nothing! It was like I picked up a "stuffed animal"! Besides being very happy to see us, my pup was very thirsty when we got in the truck. Never saw him drink that much water in one sitting. I blame myself for not researching more. This place is a business and not a caring one. This was our first boarding experience. Now I know what to look for when choosing another boarding place. This one will not be on the list This place might be fine for daily boarding...but not overnight or long term, in my opinion. Also, the older receptionist needs some training on customer service. Even my dog showed a dislike for her.
