GREAT massages before but now pretty much a rub and a tug. If this is what you are wanting come on in and enjoy but if not, find another massage place. OK, now I'll start by letting you know that I have NO modesty, not even a little bit. I've been getting massages here for years by the same, very professional, lady and have always enjoyed every massage but today was different. I really didn't notice at first that this was a different woman due to the fact that she has a face mask on and body wise looked just like my regular. As usual I undressed and laid on my stomach and covered with the sheet which is always there. The woman came in and started working but didn't remove the sheet like I'm used to. I just guessed that she was doing it differently. Like I said, I have no modesty and she normally disposes of the sheet while I'm lying on my stomach then before rolling over the sheet is put back over me and much more discretion is applied while I'm on my back. After a while, I finally realized this was someone else. Although different, it was still pretty good. The massage was going pretty normal and she was working on my inner thigh and raised the sheet so she could do her work keeping certain areas covered. Again this is normal. Well-being a healthy man and being massaged in this area, things tend to expand a little. Again very normal. This is where normal changed. While a normal therapist would keep that area covered this one let things pop out as they expanded. Not so normal but like I said I have NO modesty. After doing little circles on my leg, in that area, then things REALLY changed when she grabbed hold and started stroking. It took me a couple of seconds to realize what was going on and I told her to stop. But did she stop? NOPE. I had to tell her again and then pushed her hand away. She said "don't you want me to take care of you?" NO was my reply. At this point the massage I guess was over and she left, leaving me covered in oil which is normally wiped off with a hot towel. I went out to pay and was a little flustered. This is when I saw another new lady at the register. I gave my credit card and was about to enter the tip amount I pressed 2 to start a $20 tip and the lady grabbed my hand and said it should be $30+. This went on for a few seconds before I told her to let go of my hand or it would be a $0 tip. Then the lady said "Well didn't she take care of you?" I said, "she tried" and the tip would be no larger than $20 and should be nothing with the way she was treating me. I guess management and staff have changed in the couple of months since I've been here and I sure am going to miss this place but I guess I'll live and find another place. Now if it had been a cute guy doing this, this would have been a completely different review. hehehe read more

This is definitely not your fancy, upscale massage parlor, but the quality of massage does not disappoint! I came here and did the combo 30 minute foot and 60 minute body massage for $69. I was a bit confused at first, because they had me sit in a chair in the middle of the room. Come to find out, they do the reflexology there and keep the full body to a private room, so don't worry! The woman who did my massage was incredible. She literally gave me probably the best massage I have ever had. She really paid attention to my problem areas and I also liked that she didn't chat. Every massage place I go to has a person that wants to chat when I am simply just trying to relax. I definitely will be coming more frequently now that I know about this place. If you like light pressure definitely get a lady. I had to get the man after the lady gave me a bluff massage. I need deep pressure, a real "Body Detail" if you will :)!! The guy Mike here is amazing for deep pressure! Hits all you're needed points! Great price for full body. I left relaxed and feeling renewed! I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Let me begin with saying that this is not my first reflexology, I've had many but none this bad. The service was terrible. I had to pay for the full price and my reflexology was short (keep in mind that I was on time). The lady stopped to answer the phone and about 5 mins later a different lady came. Long story short she rushed through it and finished the same time as the lady who was massaging my husband. I told her that it was not the full time and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about and she still expected a good tip. I scheduled an appointment for a couples message with them two weeks in advance. I even called a few days before to confirm the appointment. My boyfriend and I got there and the lady had no idea who I was and didn't have me down on the books. She then nodded her head and took us to the back room which had the two couple "beds" and a random couch on the side of the room. She told us to have a sit and she would come back. This place was so uncomfortable, bad vibes, and just looked straight up nasty. I then told my boyfriend that I didn't want to be there any longer and we walked right out. Bought a groupon for this place. Massage was awesome. A few things..the guy walked me to my room didn't say anything, and closed the door. I assumed that meant to get ready, so I did. Person came back in to start again nothing was said to me, no introduction, nothing just started to massage. He left the room 4 times during, I guess to heat towels up, because apparently he was the only person working. I just felt a bit awkward. CiCi was my masseuse, I explained my issues and she worked on my neck and back. She dug into the knots in my neck. I can now turn my head and raise my arm. I got a decent deal on Groupon for this place & finally set up my appointment. When you let them know you have a Groupon the days/times for an appointment become real limited. Calling to schedule the appointment wasn't a bad process, it was just a tad frustrating finding a time to go in. It is in a shopping center off Randal Mill down the street from the park. Kind of desolate looking but not too bad. I went in for my appointment & was immediately taken to the back. I expected to complete some sort of intake form, discuss the type of massage I wanted, etc. Nope. No introduction, didn't ask for my name or anything. I was bought into a little room that was dimly lit with a massage table, chair, stool and supplies. I was instructed to disrobe and lie face down. I did so and the lady came back in quickly. There was light music playing in the background but it was drowned out by the voices of other employees chatting. She then asked if I wanted a Swedish massage or deep tissue. I opted for the Swedish. *Note* The massage was supposed to include aromatherapy bit it did not. The massage itself wasn't bad. I feel a little sore because I didn't realize how tense/stiff I was. The foot massage was nice, but a few of the employees were rude and disgustingly eating and burping in the background loudly while I was trying to relax during the massage. Just went here for the first time today. It was newly remodeled, tidy, clean and sparsely decorated. I got a one hour massage for $50. It was great. I would recommend and would go back for sure. They have a membership where you can get $25 off after your fifth massage. Nice little place, a new business worth supporting. read more

I'm only giving a one so that I may post a review. I was disappointed the moment I walked in the door. The person who had been responding to my messages wasn't there. The much older woman who worked the front desk didn't speak much English and it was tough from there. I told her I purchased a 60 Min massage with aromatherapy. She led me down a hallway that was sketchy from the start. There was a guy asleep on a couch. Took me to the room and there was a paper towel on the pillow. I should have left them. Try laying face down and the ability to breathe through a thick paper towel. Doesn't work well. No music on. Just hearing all the banging around in the hallway. The same older woman came into the room. Dressed in street clothes. Was rude and gave instructions very roughly. I think maybe a teaspoon of lotion was used the entire time. Music finally came on about half way through. She kept stepping out for warm towels. Let's say the warm towels were the most comfortable part of the hour. She massage my back and shoulders.... along with my face. Then massaged my feet briefly. Not once did she even massage my legs. Like I said barely any lotion... can you imagine how uncomfortable that feels. Ohhhhh and to top it off absolutely no aromatherapy!!!! I went to leave and she asked me for a tip. I tried being nice by saying I didn't have any cash. She told me she would take it on a credit card. I didn't even feel comfortable giving my card information to them. When I declined she became angry. She continued to belittle me about how I would give a tip to a server for removing plates from my table but not for her hard work. I explained that I didn't get what I paid for. She followed me to the door mad and mouthing off at me. I said "oh my gosh I can't do this" and left. Not what I expected. Got a Groupon for a foot reflexology. Took over two weeks to get in to use it. Had to make an appointment. Was told I needed to go ahead a give voucher number because some of the staff wouldn't know what to do. Got there about 15 minutes early and got right in as no one else was there. The only staff there could not speak English and had difficulty knowing what to do. The foot reflexology included body rub down. BTW it was in an open area. I've been here 8 times, it's honestly hit or miss. Sometimes, you can go in and someone will greet you, it's an amazing massage & you leave happy. Other times, you deal with no one being here, or it taking forever for someone to get here (even though it's open???) standard or below average massage, and there are hugeeeeee language barriers. read more

This location seems to be one of the least customer friendly locations I've ever dealt with. Received a Groupon Gift voucher to this location as birthday gift. Instructions clearly state that an appointment is needed and voucher is good until July 10, 2019. When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist could only say "No Groupon" about 100 times despite my letting her know that the Groupon was already paid for. The appointment was going to be scheduled for a Tuesday (I know that most locations won't let you schedule with a Groupon on weekends), but after our exchange regarding the voucher I decided to just cancel the appointment and have the Groupon refunded to my gifter. There were many great reviews on Groupon about this place- even current ones upto May 29th, but unfortunately they do not seem customer oriented at all.
