As soon as you enter the reception area, you can see the massage chairs. ( It's a common place but c'mon.. no dividers at all?!) with that said, I hear all conversation and phone rings 2. It's like a kid massaging me. I keep telling myself it's going to be better but it keeps getting worse. She has this nail technique incorporated with her massage!!! They were very polite & professional and there was a younger girl there when we left who does speak english.
