Since this QP is less than ten minutes from my house and on the way to everywhere I go, it's the perfect fit for me. It's a little hard to get to if you're headed eastbound on Expressway but if you need a sandwich or a coffee or appliances while you're picking up your printing, you're in luck. They'll also deliver to a business so maybe you never even need to go in. I needed a handful of different types of printing (straight up copies, lamination, and large-format foam core) with a day or so turn around. They took great care of me, called to ask questions, and truly seemed to care that they got it right for me. Alina was friendly and on-point with her customer service game. The printing was perfectly done, on time, and reasonably priced. They've got a new customer as far as I'm concerned and I'm looking forward to never having to go to FedEx ever again, unless I'm just feeling like I need a good cry.

I've had them patch a tire guess what ? leaks from patch location had to take it to another shop. brought my vehicle in to have them fix my ac told them it needs Freon they drove it for no reason at all. didn't even hook up the Freon machine to the vehicle. I don't know where they got their techs from but this makes me sick I can only imagine how many poor folks these people have ripped off. Jeremy and Jennifer went out of their way to take care of our daughter, after she broke down on I35, an hour and a half from OKC on a Saturday night. Jeremy talked us through what the potential problem might have been from the description given. They waited up until the tow truck dropped off the car, and our daughter, at 1 am, checking in as the night went on until she got there. Jeremy began work on Sunday and kept in touch with phone calls, pictures and thorough descriptions. He even called our daughter to keep he aware of the car's progress too. I was astounded when the car was ready for pick up on Wednesday and at a fair cost - no price gouging. Jeremy does excellent work and not only knows what he's doing, he really enjoys it.
