Charlie and his brothers are lifesavers. I was driving cross country from LA to Chicago in April 2026. I popped my tires right outside of OKC on a tiny residential road. It was just after sunset and I was near broke. I waited nearly three hours for AAA to pair me up with a tow service (which of course they never did). I was pulling at my hair not knowing what to do. It was dark. I was stranded in a city I didn't know. AAA let me down. That's when I decided to seek out a local tow service and discovered that AZ Towing was only a few blocks down. Charlie was there in under 10 minutes around 1 AM. He was super helpful in giving advice and reassurance to me, a new driver with little money, and told me that I could even get my tow invoice reimbursed by AAA! When I expressed concerns about possibly needing to have my rims replaced by Discount Tire, he called his brother who offered to sell me the 4-set of his fancy new tires for only $200! I slept in the Discount Tire parking lot that night and they drove out at 3 AM just to deliver those new tires. The next morning, Charlie even drove out to Discount Tire to talk to the manager and make sure he wasn't trying to screw me. I ended up getting my tires replaced by Discount Tire entirely for FREE (despite not having a warranty) all because Charlie came to help me out. Ultimately, I didn't end up needing my rims replaced so I gave the fancy tires back to Charlie and his brothers and they gave me my money back. Great guys, wishing them the best.

We got rid of that car. But now my car is 25+ years old, and sometimes, it needs a tow. I couldn't remember the name of Sergio's and my mechanic retired so I couldn't ask him. I've been using other services. the drivers for the ones I used were awesome, but the services themselves, not so much. However, I was driving by Sergio's new place, recognized the font and name and made a note of it. So glad I did that! Because today, I needed a tow. Well, OK, maybe I didn't need a tow because the car still runs and I drove it to work. But that was some scary drive where I felt like the car was going to lean right over into the street. I was leery that it would make the trip to my new mechanic. It probably would have. Maybe. But I remembered Sergio's! Why risk driving a car that might lose a wheel as I'm driving when I can have it towed? So I called, and they were as great as I remembered! Not o that, but the tow truck showed up 15 minutes after I called. Butch was here so quick! and my car was at the mechanic's in under 1 hour from call to drop off. Quick! They were so kind when all I had to pay them with on me was a debit card with insufficient funds (I had transferred more money onto it to pay for the repairs and tow, it just wasn't registering yet) and just enough cash to pay the tow charge. I never carry credit cards or large amounts of cash But it was done, and we're all good, and Sergio's is the best. I am so glad I remembered them!
