He (they) did not keep their promise of communication/updates/pictures as promised on their website. I do not live in the area and that was very important! To be honest, too many items to complain here. One, is the plants he selected. We needed more...he blamed me for choosing too small a plant yet, he was making those choices. A walkway was not put in correctly, I came back in March and he once again said, I chose it to end incorrectly?! He also had the office gal (Anna) use my credit card # from a previous authorized invoice for work on a future work that had NOT been done yet. Not a small amount...then that work wasn't completed for ten more says. I WAS FURIOUS! Last....design rocks...where to begin...it looks like a cemetery with stone rocks. I have pictures of what he installed. Compare to the picture I sent him that was my plan. It's not even close. He knew I have an anchor for the rocks. I was expecting a very pleasant experience with a reputable company and it was not what I got. He had the audacity to leave a sign in my yard like he was proud of it. Two weeks ago a woman called and asked when I wanted to start mowing the lawn. What? They hadn't finished the job...no pictures of promised work (that was paid for). I do not live there and needed proof.....plus still no estimate of mulch for the yard. During the conversation she asked me to, please specify why I was unhappy. I did. She then mentioned she was his wife and he had been quite busy with a bakery Hyannis. What the heck! All of this has been documented with emails, recordings, pictures from me showing trees that were to be removed, etc....I went back to visit in March specifically for this reason. And there was still no plan. I blame myself for not getting a drawing. What picture he did send me on his idea had a row both, river rocks and plants. I asked where that came from, the row boat? I had always let him know 'anchors' were to be my theme. I did send a picture...I will add it below. what's he out were STONES? Not round rocks, not river rock....

Ken Sears who installed the control panel never removed a breaker from the controller and connected the 2 wires correctly so my irrigation went off everyday, twice a day, when I was in the hospital for 3 weeks during all the rain we had. I went to the office of Sears Landscaping to speak too my "good buddy" Rick Sears last week. And have yet to hear back from Rick Sears. I called Cooper Landscaping who discovered why the rain sensor never worked. Now I have to wait for my water bill before my attorney can file a lawsuit. Imagine spending 7K and having to hire another landscape company to fix their screw ups? Posters and pictures will be around mid-cape warning residents and companies of Rick Sears and this scumbag company. You want to deal with a professional company call Cooper Landscaping.
