First time I requested carpet cleaning - they simply rented a machine at Home Depot and left the carpet soggy wet. I slipped on the stairs and fell, requiring emergency room CT scans for a concussion which were $30K in bills. Second time hired them to do a deep cleaning (home was spotless before they came but needed carpet cleaning). Paid $500. When we arrived the next day there were clumps of dog hair in corners and the carpet had a blanket of dog hair. It was obviously not even vacuumed. We had to leave as this is a second home for us. Arrived a couple weeks later and vacuumed - a 5 x 10 rug resulted in a two full vacuums of dog hair - obviously never vacuumed. The owner of this business could have made this right, but decided not to. Do not use this cleaning company.
