The gifts of the Spirit manifested with tongues, interpretation of tongues, words of wisdom, prophecy and more. The worship was anointed and all the ministry team worked in unity. Several people moved by the Holy Spirit testified and gave anointed words of encouragement. The sermon was straight from heaven for the New Year 2024. Theologically sound, the pastor's sermon was excellent and all of it came straight from the Bible. It was well exposited, and the worship seemed genuine to the people, who were warm and kind and open. Though the Sunday school time was somewhat basic and even shallow at times, the people strove to be honest with the text. It was very interactive, and I liked that. In terms of worship music, it was of a more traditional flavor. They played newer songs in a more traditional light; however, traditional does not always amount to boring. It was lively and true to the written tempo. They combined using a screen and hymnbooks too. That way, no matter your preference, you were able to experience it, while getting to try something new. Overall, it was a very good, solid church.

It was on a weekday. The place was quiet and the priest seemed nice. The temple part is quite small compared to the temple in Louisville. But, there is ample parking. They conduct poojas and festivals often. Details can be found on their website. We have also been to the cultural center for a friend's wedding once and another time for the Tamil New Year celebration. It's a fairly large hall that can accommodate a few hundred people.

The only thing is on their calendar's website, they have something listed and it never happened at that intended time. I saw the priest's son and he at least did some prayer for me and that I am grateful. I really want to see this temple adhere to whatever prayers they have noted. It's not like I can boycott going to a temple until something is done about this, like I can do a fast food place or retail store. Anywho, please adhere to whatever is posted on the calendar. Thanks!
