My wife ordered the ribeye which was cooked to absolute perfection and the other three of us ordered the prime rib. What made their prime rib so much different is that it wasn't over seasoned and subpar quality. They let the meat speak for itself and it was tender and unforgettable. Prime rib is EXTREMELY smokey, and can't be served rarer than medium rare. New York strip was ordered medium rare, but arrived at table medium to medium well. I'm sure it was cooked properly at first and sat under the warmer- there is no way a chef would overcook a steak like that. All in all, for 200+ bucks it was pretty underwhelming.
