All it causes is for angry homeowners when they find out their car is missing. Ridiculous. Some people like to sleep in. Either move the time to later (on the weekends especially) or just stop with the towing. It's an extra rule Vizacaya doesn't need.

Luisana Carrizo was contacted via email a phone call by multiple parties telling her the importance of a prompt response. Multiple emails had to be sent to remind her to respond, even the threat of litigation was not enough to get her to care. I feel bad for whoever is managed by this group. Their inability to properly ensure that their residents are protected by having the state required insurance makes me wonder what else they aren't doing in the best interest of the properties they "service."

Very unprofessional, they call themselves supposedly 'management' but the person who is in charge…read moreignores the daily operations of a property and doesn't take control or supervises the employees. The property this manager supposedly manages, but doesn't, is called The Sovereigns Condominium located in Miami FL, where the employees cover each others wrongdoings, so called security employees are a total joke. How unethical is for a security employee dressed in civilian clothing on their day off to hang out in the property to chit chat, and on top of it to have hidden sleep overs in an apartment unit without getting caught when they are scheduled to work the very next weekend morning. The security is distracting other security on duty from their few easy duties, it sets an unprofessional appearance and abuses the fact that they aren't supervised. When brought up the complaint to the office, they just put it under the rug, so blasting it here since we noticed the same occurrence happened this past weekend. The security name that does this is Oswaldo Delgado, but we found out that the correct name is Osvaldo Delgado. They don't wear a name tag. Not even a name can the office get it right or purposely misspelled due to previous complaints of such individual. Cameras don't work so employee takes advantage. The manager is responsible for making sure they are doing their job, well if gossiping of tenants, having sleep overs, falling sleep while on time clock and hanging out on a day off inside the property certainly doesn't set a professional image from a security and ruins the professional credibility of a manager. It's enough ordeal that we live in a property where the grounds are not upkeep, people using recreational drugs, most securities don't speak English where communicating becomes a hazel if brought up a parking issue in the weekend during the day, anonymous written letters circling around the property of bashing us tenants renters and owners, and on top have to deal with gross misconduct of security?!? I don't think so! Not to mention parking is another dilemma, cars get abandoned in the visitor spots, other cars have been broken in or stolen. I should have looked at previous review here before signing. Very unethical, disorganized, no supervision, no real security & poorly managed this property. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.
