I needed to make a payment to my account and instead of just taking my payment, made a point of letting me know that Aspen Medical and Dr Reynolds want more money, quicker than what was agreed upon when the account was set up. When I said that the "terms" of the agreement she gave me were not correct, she argued with me as though I am incompetent. I called her out on her attitude and asked to speak with a supervisor. Office manager, Alison gets on the line after putting me on hold for several minutes. Alison was not any better. I asked her to take my payment as that is why I was calling. She did and at the end of giving me a reference number, started demanding more money, quicker per their process and Dr Reynolds. I get it, everyone wants money, but going back on what was agreed upon because a doctor that I never met (emergency surgery, I was incoherent) wants their money now is unacceptable. Avoid this practice and group at all costs!

The contracted trauma doctors are out of network in this so called "in Network hospital". Specifically avoid Glenda Quan, Bert Katiburg, Denetta Sloan, emmit maguire and anyone associated with this group. They did not have the expertise to conduct the surgery, yet charged me over 2K to walk into my room and do nothing while i waited for a competent doctor, i did not request these pathetic doctors and yet they bill me anyway. Additionally this group, and the Aspen Medical group that does their billing would repeatedly not work with my insurance company (blue cross and blue shield) and sent all the bills through collections. would not explain their services provided, and is simply one of those companies out to take the shirt off your back. Get this, my 10 hr pelvis reconstruction (2 plates, 12 screws) cost me a $200 copay. These so called doctors (Quan, Katiburg, and Sloan) charged my 2K and did nothing. No diagnosis, no treatment nothing. Now my credit is shot, Aspen refused to work with anyone and i'm stuck Whit bad credit and a collections agency,. Avoid Swedish, Aspen Medical Billing, or as i like to call them the nitwit club and their "out of network doctors" at all cost!!!

When I notified them of their error they tried doubling down, telling me that my "property management doesnt let residents put utilities in their name".... Despite proof that not only are all utilities in my name, the very property management they're trying to claim cosigned this fraudulent invoice has literally stated to put them in my name and confirms my information is correct. Very odd and fraudulent.

I called little over a week ago for a status and asked for a phone call back. Never got one. I call three days after that and I learned the lawyer I had does not even work there anymore. Then I learn that they did the best the could. So if you get hit by a non-citzen, with NO CDL license, driving a CDL required truck your return for hiring them is minimal. I was not looking to get rich, but walking away with less than $12,000. Because they don't hold the trucking company accountable. They just go through the insurance. So my suggestion is sue the trucking company or other driver yourself and let them worry about where the money comes from. Because the lawyers who did not do thst much still get there 33%. Also the little chart/matrix the use is BS. Makes it seem like all accidents are same and it is there to screw the person hit. So I would find a better lawyers office because not only was I blown off several times by the office. But I value my time and money and it was a complete waste of both with this law firm. Also there claim about if you are a soldier and suffer from PTSD, we are here to help you is BS. It is a marketing scheme. Subsequently she asked me to provide VA, Retirement income and some misc. I responded and said she already had the documents on our tax filing for 2024. Very easy to read. However the legal PA for my lawyer, responded"I'm not a tax accountant person-you need to provide me the documents I asked for. When I reacted and indicated she already had the documents I was given the kiss of death with her threat to get another office person. We've all experienced that with customer service-which this was, AND I AM PAYING for her abusive behavior. Since she had our tax documents-I had to gain access to multiple sites to get the documents. This is costing me $$$$ for her delaying processing. Speaking of money, they are running through my money quickly, have no problem charging, more and more. I have had this this ominous feeling that the legal PA was padding the bills. Customer service-I am paying for their services-and having attention to details and stop acting with "service for Brighter Day" before service to the client, "ME". Whatever happened to service before self" The lawyer representing me (has been copied on every matter, has been non responsive and has not weighed in on any matter-and I am more than insanely furious. I was pestered multiple times to provide Google/Yelp reviews, and felt it was to early to provide a fair review. That time has come with their last email asking me to review-am I being charged for that??? I usually would give the manager/lawyer a heads up-a chance to address-but her lack of engagement over these issues-was the straw that broke the Camel's back. I expect that they will do nothing or try to dump me, or have even more incompetent assistants/lawyers. Why am I paying lawyer fees when a paralegal does the work? That seems very greedy to me. I'm sure I'll hear about this and expect confrontation or anger instead of prompt professional service. I don't mean curt snide non helpful verbiage that is not professional, and bloating billing. . Your just a number here among all the other 500 plus cases they have and they don't have time for your case. I do not and would not ever recommend these people to anyone. I have a new lawyer that has done soooo much more for me in a short amount of time versus these people who did virtually the least amount possible for my case. My estate and personal well being was in huge jeopardy if I would have stayed with them and I probably would have lost everything. Happy I moved on to a different lawyer.

I was hit by a current year model Dodge 5500 pulling a 50' car trailer with a car on it doing somewhere in the range of 90 mph. He came over a hill and I never had a chance. Ambulance, hospital, totaled truck. You name it. I'm on Medicare so I knew whatever they expended on my behalf they'd want back. I was in for the most tangled mess of my life. Insurance against insurance against Medicare against subrogation. No way could I sort this out. I called Mc Divitt the next morning. They agreed to take the case. All I asked was make sure ALL the bills were paid. Medical, therapy all of it. The truck hit me once and blew me across the highway into a guard rail. Then the trailer hit me and destroyed the bed and fender and box of the truck. 2. 90 mph hit, 2 seatbelt hits. The reaction of my brain to hitting my skull was not good. Lingering issues. Wreck was in October. In April I'm still fighting my PCP to say yes there actually was something wrong. Tony and the staff were in constant contact and worked very hard to get my massage/OT person paid as she was holding me together with "bandaids" as it were. I never had a problem reaching anyone by text. If tony made a phone appoint he was there exactly on time. Kept me apprised every step of the way. He sent out a PI to find the company who owned the commercial truck that hit me. They were basically uninsured. My insurance offered to settle and I was advised not to take it as he can do better. I agreed. He came back about 4 weeks later: all bills paid,their bill considerably less than I planned and I had enough in the bank to "make me whole" and then some.
