Most of my pain is from driving and thus the front of my shins hurt and most recently, I have experienced stabbing pain in the middle of the night. He took care of that pain so much so that I actually for the first time in a long time I actually slept through the night pain free. I have had SEVERAL massages in my life - maybe about 2000 where probably close to half were with men. I have no preference as long as they are quiet, have proper pressure and good techniques. But for the first time in my experience, respectfully and professionally James left the room when it was time for me to turn over. I thought that was so kind and made what could for some women an potentially awkward situation not awkward at all. Thank you James. You'll do well.

She pulled my underwear down exposing my butt cheeks and rubbed all over my butt. Then she climbed up on the table crouching over me to massage my back and butt. Then she squatted her rear end on the back of my thighs while rubbing my butt and back. Once she was finished she rubbed me down with the towel that was on the bed when I got in there. While I was tying my shoes at the end they came in and refolded the towel they'd just used on me and placed it on the end of the table for the next customer. And the lady that had massaged me left straight from me to the next person without washing her hands. I am so grossed out!

I called ahead to specifically request separate rooms (not a couple's massage) and asked that my wife be assigned a female therapist (per her request), which they confirmed over the phone. When we arrived early, we were placed in a shared room, the exact opposite of what we asked for. They then asked me to wait in the lobby while they made changes. A few minutes later, my wife was also asked to leave the room, as it had apparently been double-booked. At this point, there were no rooms available, so we were told to wait more despite having reservations. Eventually, my wife was taken to a room, but unbeknown to me she was assigned a male therapist, which we had specifically requested to avoid. I remained in the lobby for quite a while before being called back. When I finally got to my room, my therapist had no idea what kind of massage I was supposed to receive or for how long. The massage itself was fine, not particularly memorable, but okay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was poorly managed, frustrating, and uncomfortable. To top it off, there's a sign suggesting cash tips (with a suspiciously conveniently placed ATM in the lobby), and they don't tell you in advance that there's an extra charge for using a credit card. I've been trying to find a new regular massage spot, but I don't think this is the spot. Similar to other reviews, I left with the sense that the "therapist" is not a licensed massage therapist, just someone who rubs you. NOTE: I can't help but notice the number or good reviews this place has from Yelp accounts that have no activity other than to leave 5-star reviews here.

Amy worked on the exact areas that were giving me problems instead of doing the standard "generic spa routine." I booked 80 minutes and, shockingly, received the full 80 minutes. Not 72. Not 68. A real 80. That alone deserves recognition. The pressure was effective without turning me into a cautionary tale. I didn't walk out feeling bruised, assaulted, or questioning my life choices. I walked out feeling better. Which, frankly, was the whole point.
