I was very embarassed and scared when I went to see Dr. Hilmi for the first time and was immediately put at ease. Every interaction with this office has been a pleasure. Over the course of 2+ years I have had I had two molars extracted, two bone grafts and 2 implants. Dr. Hilmi took time to explain everything to me and patiently answered every question I had. He takes great pride in his work and it really shows. The operations are relatively painless and the end results are amazing. Dr. Hilmi and his staff are kind and empathetic and offer excellent care with gentle, supportive, non-judgemental interactions with patients. The modern, immaculate facility is calm and soothing and is well equipped with high-end technology, and the treatments/solutions offered reflect an ongoing investment in training and keeping pace with new diagnostic and treatment developments. He also referred me to a specialist and when he received a message I left advising him that the specialist could not see me on a timely manner he called me personally to recommend a different doctor and to reassure me this new specialist was also excellent in his field.
