I was very embarassed and scared when I went to see Dr. Hilmi for the first time and was immediately put at ease. Every interaction with this office has been a pleasure. Over the course of 2+ years I have had I had two molars extracted, two bone grafts and 2 implants. Dr. Hilmi took time to explain everything to me and patiently answered every question I had. He takes great pride in his work and it really shows. The operations are relatively painless and the end results are amazing. Dr. Hilmi and his staff are kind and empathetic and offer excellent care with gentle, supportive, non-judgemental interactions with patients. The modern, immaculate facility is calm and soothing and is well equipped with high-end technology, and the treatments/solutions offered reflect an ongoing investment in training and keeping pace with new diagnostic and treatment developments. They are professional, friendly and most welcoming. Dr Yuen was kind, gentle, considerate and generous with his time. He explained what was going on in detail and asked if I had any questions or concerns he could further address. He also referred me to a specialist and when he received a message I left advising him that the specialist could not see me on a timely manner he called me personally to recommend a different doctor and to reassure me this new specialist was also excellent in his field. Of note, I made the appointment with Dr Yuen, because after asking a couple of folks around the neighborhood what dentist they saw they answered 'Dr Yuen' and described him the same as I am now describing him to you.
