My mother did say she stepped on a roach in the bathroom. This along with the other things did slightly annoy me but not enough to want to change rooms. The beds were clean, the tv and outlets worked, and it was quiet so we made due. I will say that I liked that they use Dove products in the bathroom. Breakfast both Saturday and Sunday were good, no complaints. They offered scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, seasoned potatoes, oatmeal, juice, tea, coffee, milk, cereal, pancakes from the pancake machine, bagels, toast, muffins, and cinnamon rolls. I believe Saturday they had ham or bacon and Sunday they had turkey sausage or pork sausage. Checkout was very easy and I did it through the app. For what it was, it was an ok stay.

I don't have much experience with Indian people but these were the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. By a landslide. Our room had bugs flying all over and they couldn't fathom why I didn't want to stay in the room. I knew these slum lord type of business owners weren't going to give me. Refund. So instead I asked for a copy of my receipt so I could dispute it with my bank. They tried to tell me I was not entitled to a copy of my receipt. Unfortunately, during my stay, I had to move rooms several times due to severe mold issues. In the last room, a serious incident occurred: while I was taking a shower, part of the ceiling collapsed on me. This happened about a week ago. I suffered minor scrapes to my face and was hit on my back and shoulder. I spoke with the owner afterward, and he did move me to another room and asked if I was okay, which I appreciated. That said, my main concern is the condition of the rooms compared to the current price. While the rooms were far from perfect, the lower price initially made it manageable. Now the rate has increased to $80 per night, which is completely unreasonable given the conditions. There are significant maintenance issues, including severe mold, holes in the walls, and mold-covered ceilings. Until major repairs and updates are made and the mold problem is properly addressed, this property should not be charging this price. I did not see many bugs, but the mold problem alone makes this stay unacceptable at the current rate.

Bloody fights and major drug use. Unsupervised children with no manners or rules. (Especially manager Chris' kids) Property always messy. Rooms that you cannot run more then one appliance at the same time without blowing a breaker. Rules apply to some but not others. Do not bring your animals because none of the extended stay renters pets are vaccinated nor do they pick up after there pet waste. Non smoking rooms but if you go outside you will be bumbarded with moochers children and parents for cigarettes, even cigarette butts (), children asking for food or drinks. Furniture, mattress and room very filthy. I do not recommend to anyone. Nothing but low lives and druggies. Only positive aspect was a tall skinny gentleman that I'm guessing was maintenance. He was very nice and helpful.
