My results were not as good as they used to be. For example, when I asked if they could also clean up my cuticles I was told that I could so that myself at home. Also, when I said I was leaving for a week at the shore my tech made fun of my choice, saying she wouldn't waste her time. A real vacation is the islands, not ugly Jersey. Of course the islands would be nicer, but way to look down on your paying customer. I didn't lose sleep over it, but I also don't have to go back.

With the pandemic, I've decided to let my natural roots grow out ("ghosting", is the technical term the colorist call the process). When you have the right colorist, the results can be beautiful...
