They are very happy living there and have a beautiful apartment. This complex is for 'Active Adults' who are independent. They do provide a hot breakfast to the residents every day which is included in the monthly rent. Lunch is available for $7.00 per person. We actually had a 'To Go' Lunch from the D/R which was delicious. The grounds are IMMACULATE and the amenities are amazing. There is a swimming pool, fitness center, library, Dining Room with fireplace, and even a beauty shop and movie theatre. I should add that I am a retired Registered Nurse, and I have seen a lot of Retirement settings. This checks all the boxes for me. We met some of the management staff, who were very welcoming and friendly. I am so very happy our friends, who have had SUCH a remarkable life full of adventure have found such a wonderful new home that allows them to he independent, yet have opportunities for socialization.

Someone I know just experienced and was exposed to the most awful disrespect from cooking staff and managers. Talk about hostile environment. Managers not taking proper time in supervising staff if staff brings up issues with Head Chef they will paw it off to the next manager. They do not investigate or survey the situation. Managers are easily manipulated by Head Chef because they do not know how to deal with conflict plus I think they are just afraid of retaliation from the Head Chef. They do not discipline the Head Chef for getting physically into staff's face, so if you report this, the head chef will come at you in a different way. They will give a lame excuse for dismissal or they force you leave because of the stress experienced. My friend that worked there was so stressed that his chronic illnesses were constantly flaring up. They will not tell you specifically what is wrong it is just a general explanation instead of detail. They do not set you up for success. Managers do not hold Head Chef accountable for anything he does. He is given a hand slap and that is all. You can feel the negative attitude and hostile environment that he has with all staff yet nothing is done. Managers are not looking closely to food being made by Head Chef and Sous Chef. It is something I would not want my loved ones to eat (see picture). Cleanliness is questionable. Dishwasher is given pans to clean and he was witnessed not cleaning them and putting them back with the clean. Wow! Setup or just a lazy dishwasher for that employee. I hope health department look in the nooks and crannies of that kitchen because there is definitely a cockroach infestations in the kitchen area. They bandaid it but they fully do not check in earnest. Disrespectfulness runs rampant in that place. Don't work there.

I go and visit her there at least twice a week and can attest to the fact that this is a great place for anyone who has someone that is in need of help to ensure they can live independently and safely. They have too many people to watch over and too many other chores with very little help. The ones who are running from "Cottage" to "Cottage" are being run ragged trying to keep up with the demand. The rooms are not being cleaned properly. The bathrooms appear to be cleaned only when they become Very Dirty. The residents are being left to themselves as the care givers are assisting other residents with medications, eating, going to the bathroom, dressing, or even just getting out of bed. Sometimes this can be very bad, as I've witnessed residents getting into places they should not be. Many of the people who made this place work so well are now gone. Several more have left since this change over. I would NOT recommend this place any longer!

My brother was treated like a member of the family there. In fact, my other brother and I were treated the same. The home is very clean, and my brother was always clean. They sent us photos of him laughing and making faces, and of him "bed dancing" (he was unable to leave his bed) with the yoga teacher that comes by. They were careful to follow any diet restrictions, but served him his favorite food - - tacos! They set up visits with their home-visit doctor and other care professionals, and helped us make good decisions when it came time for hospice. They are truly amazing, caring professionals, and their prices are reasonable. There is no question as to whether I would take advantage of their services again, should the need arise.

To make it 'CLEAR' Alignment pays for everything!!! Alignment came back on the line and advised it was taken care of with the billing representative for Radiology Ltd. All seemed good. BUT!!! ...Yesterday!!! We got the 'BILL' in the mail again. I called Radiology LTD again, but now they have many calls that are routed to another country. So requested to speak to a U.S. Office, ...finally got through to one..., and explained the issue. That Radiology Rep did find where 'their' payment from ALIGNMENT INSURANCE WAS MISHANDLED BY RADIOLOGY LTD AND SHE SAID SHE CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THEIR ( Radiology Ltd's ) ERROR. But today, a day later!!! we get a USPS NOTICE to SIGN FOR A COLLECTION LETTER FROM RADIOLOGY LTD. So will call Alignment and Radiology Ltd ''AGAIN' and try to get them to communicate!!! Done for now and will update later!!! Okay, just got off the phone with ALIGNMENT, they said they sent an EOB to Radiology Ltd on 1/12/2026. Radiology Ltd asked for the EOB ON 1/11/2026. So it seems like a hand shake was made. Plus alignment said they sent it to all the possible FAX numbers they had for Radiology Ltd, but possibly Radiology Ltd has yet another FAX NUMBER TO FORWARD MY WIFE's coverage to. So Alignment says they will look into it and call me back. Update later!!!
