I started paying $89, few months later increased to $139 and now they want to charge me $172. That's an abuse! They prefer to loose a good client that pays every month in time than give a discount. Costumer services doesn't do anything for the clients. I will look for another storage.

I rented a truck here and needed a couple of favors ie. picking up truck one day - car carrier the next, extra moving blankets twice, helped me attach the car carrier and they couldn't of been more accommodating. I am sorry I forgot the names of the employees that helped but I will go out on a limb and say all of their employees are helpful and courteous.
