I gave them a call, Erik set up a time and showed up ON TIME. I didn't have to wait for a 12 hour window for him to show up. He went over all my options. I really enjoyed his no pressure approach. He just laid out the different packages, I chose the one that best fit my needs and he got to work setting everything up. He made sure to clean up when he was done. He did a fantastic job. I've had zero issues with any equipment. If you are looking to get your home professionally set up with satellite, don't go with one of the "Big Guys" go with the Good Guy. Erik is awesome! The customer service to this company is abhorrent - if I could give it a -25 I would - we have a…read moresimple landline - I don't know why we don't get rid of it. There is constant noise that I have to call and report and they fix it for maybe six weeks and it starts over again - actually for all I know it might be six days or six hours! We use it so little I don't know when it starts. I just know when I need it, I can't hear anything! And trying to get a hold of a representative is near impossible. I've been sitting here for 15 minutes, trying to just pay my silly bill and it won't accept my digits electronically so put me on hold and no one comes. I hate century link! I was told that, because I was two days past the cut off date for billing, I would have to pay the entire month - despite not using their service - plus the new increase of $5 (so $80!) added this month.
