The last 4 times I have been has been drive through ( a month apart thereabouts ) I have had to park up and wait for over 10 minutes for simple orders. 3 of these occasions they got my order wrong. Last time they wanted me to go round the drive through again and order what they had missed out again. I refused ! I had already waited 15 minutes for my order parked up in the waiting bay..( yet again ). I kicked up a fuss and they put the order through bringing the card machine to me ( I had children in the car so was unwilling to drag them all out in the cold in to the branch itself. The fries where cold... ( seems top be the norm at this branch ). I complained via email to the manager and was promised some vouchers for the hassle.
