We love Erika! She is excellent at communication. As Deaf client, she offer text communication to make our planning for special event smooth!! She saved our event when it's possible rainy day. She and her team come a day before event to set it up (custom canopy/tents) just in a case. We did end up have rain day. They came earlier to fix some leaking and it end up a successful event! Kids love the jumper bounce. We don't have to clean it up afterward. They helped set it up and clean it up. Make our life much easier. Her price is reasonable too. They did an amazing job for my daughter's first birthday! I rented their soft play which the kids loved. Rented their cute ice cream cart filled with their yummy pops and rented out some of their props (marquee signs, cylinder tables and prop van) for her photo backdrops. They are a one stop shop for everything you need for your event which made things a little easier for me. They were on time, communicated well and was very accomodating to me throughout the process. TL;DR: great communication with company, pretty trustworthy but i would def think twice if you're on a set up schedule or tight with time. I found legendary events through a fb party group. I was looking for children tables and chairs and a bounce house for my daughters bday. They were really responsive throughout the lead-up to the event and provide you with a invoice and contact info - so to their positive I never felt like they were gonna flake or not show up. However, they showed up practically 45 mins late from the estimated time. Drop off was early on a Sunday so I know there was no previous event prior to ours. The owner blamed it on "traffic" but those are things, in my opinion, you need to account for as a business. There's Waze, Google maps, etc to inform you how long your commute is almost to the second. She stated she was 30 mins behind but practically arrived 45 mins later, once unloading and set up occurred it was about an hour later than anticipated. She even told me "it's not even 11 now" -- no girl it's 10:58 HAHA and drop off was suppose to be at 10! I mean these people know you're at their mercy so it wasn't even worth getting into it with her even though I definitely wanted to. As a rental place, they need to be aware that hello! Tables and chairs and entertainment is an essential part of the party. People began showing up at the start of the party because our entire childrens set up was pushed back an hour, thanks to them. Sure, We should have planned for a level of running behind but not caused by paid professional services. She didn't even try to remedy things by offering a discount or extended rental. They were definitely on time for pick up! All I'm saying is if your set up is tight on time, or you don't have a lot of wiggle room, I would double think hiring them. But if timing isn't an issue, then their tables and chairs are in great condition and communication is good as well. read more
