The whole process takes less than 30 min, depending on how busy they are. They'll explain to you how you use it too and they can hook you up with pocket wifi as well, if you want. FYI, This is in the second floor of the plaza, above Beard Papa's. If there's no parking on the surface lot, you can go down to the parking garage but may have to pay, so I usually just street park, but make sure to check out the signs or else you might get a ticket because parking patrol is notorious around the Sawtelle area. One hour parking should be fine.

After comparing prices between expedia and other online sites I realized that it was about the same to book through HIS. Some things were even a few dollars cheaper...such as the Japan Rail Pass. My contact was Saki, she was awesome! She printed everything out for me and included maps on how to get places. She wrote notes so I can figure out how to maneuver from the train station to the hotel. She gave me nice colored maps and advised me on areas to visit. This isn't my first trip to Japan but it's still nice to get different ideas. They are located off Sawtelle/Olympic in a small 3 story plaza with Nijiya Market. Parking isn't an issue...it's FREE!
