We loved having DJ Graham at our wedding! Working with Graham was great, he's very friendly, easy to talk to, and thorough in the planning process. He's very quick to answer any and all questions, and put any anxieties I had at ease. He made the reception a blast and played all of the songs that I requested, my family and friends really enjoyed the music he played. He also did a fabulous job leading The Hora, and got everyone out of their seats to participate in this traditional dance. We did have a small mishap where for part of my ceremony (during the unity ceremony part) he did play one song on my "do not play" list. We hired Silvertunes Entertainment for our wedding this past September and I, along with my husband and our families were blown away with how professional the owner and our DJ, Fernando were. We met DJ Fernando in person for about an hour to talk about the specifics we were looking for. We wanted a respectful DJ who would be able to deliver different aspects of the reception (i.e. the garter toss) in a classy way. We also asked for certain music to not be played and he abided by what we asked for. DJ Fernando invited us to see him DJ and MC at a bar in downtown Burbank, and we were hooked! Since we wanted our entire wedding to be bilingual, we asked for sample work of his Spanish and again he blew us out of the water. DJ Fernando has had many years of experience on the radio and as such, he has a very professional and attractive voice and demeanor. He sent us a few voice samples in Spanish and English via email and was very successful about putting us at ease in preparation for our big day. We had a few one hour phone meetings to discuss the timeline and songs for certain dances, etc. Additionally, we were able to get song recommendations from guests in advance which we organized into the system that Silvertunes gave us access to on their website, which helped us communicate these specific elements to DJ Fernando even easier. Our reception was AMAZING and we give a lot of credit to our incredible DJ and MC who stayed on top of things even when we were off the timeline. He got EVERYONE, and I truly mean every single one of our guests, onto the dance floor. I was so impressed that so many guests stayed until the very end dancing and were still asking us were the after party would take place, haha.
