    Meg and her team went above and beyond to provide the best night of our lives. It was the most perfect night we could have imagined and every part of the night was thoughtfully planned out by Meg and her team. Very grateful for the hard work and precision planning that went into making the day so special.

    My husband and I got married in September at the Hilton Beachfront Resort in Santa Barbara, and we were in awe with the way our wedding day turned out, and how smooth Meg made the planning process for us. She also planned our Rehearsal dinner + Welcome Party at Margerum Wine Conpany, and that was absolutely lovely as well. From the start of the consultation, she really puts effort into getting to know you both as individuals, and together as a couple. This is really helpful for the planning process and helps guide you in delegation of topics/tasks amongst yourselves and who she should reach out to depending on the what info she needs. ie my husband is more logistics and business, whereas I'm more interested in creative/design. She is organized (heck yes to the spreadsheets!), detail-oriented, honest, understanding, patient (I'm the type who needs someone kindly keeping me on track for this kind of thing), and just all around fun to chat with. She has great recommendations for vendors and really is connected! She really works on ensuring it's YOUR special day and is flexible in going out of her way to make sure your dream wedding happens within your vision, culture, budget, (even family and guest opinions and logistics) We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for wedding or event planning services in the greater Santa Barbara area.     It's been over a year since our wedding with Meg and we only grow more and more grateful for her and her team as time goes on! We have been to several weddings since and are so happy to report that not once has something come up where we think "we should've done this better at our wedding." We did the middle package with Meg which was perfect for us. I definitely wanted to play an active role in the planning so this worked out well for us. Meg was always there to send us off in the right direction and get us a head start. She didn't do everything for us (as expected) but having her to promptly answer and questions and bounce ideas back and forth with saved us a ton of time! For reference, we had a substantial part in the day-to-day planning while both working full-time and attending school full-time. So it's a lot of work but totally doable if you stay organized and manage your time properly! We highly recommend working with Meg and her middle of the road package if you are ready to put in work as well. She has so much knowledge and expertise with things that are so often overlooked, like general timeline and making sure guests have a pleasant and smooth experience at your big day. Overall we loved our experience and would recommend that everyone read the fine print closely and discuss roles and responsibilities so it's made clear from the start what you're signing up for. If you sign up for a middle of the road package, that's what you're going to get and it's perfect if you want a substantial and active role in planning your perfect day!

    I'm a little late after our wedding - but I couldn't forget to write a review for Meg West and Events by M & M. WOW!!! What an incredible job she did on our wedding at Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort. We used her full services to help us plan from start to finish. The process couldn't have been easier or gone smoother. My husband and I were both clueless and busy and so we trusted Meg to design our wedding. She is a true talent and I loved all her recommendations for design and vendors. She was just incredible.... I miss our wedding day and I relive it through our beautiful pictures and wedding video all the time! Use Events by M&M and you won't be disappointed.

    So let me start by saying when you are planning YOUR wedding, you are looking for not only the best planner but someone who is capable of bringing your dream & vision to life. I found Meg after searching through many planners that I just felt weren't right for me. I knew from our first phone call that she was the one for me lol so I booked her on the spot. So I live in New York and got married in Malibu, CA. Now planning a wedding is stressful but planning a wedding across the country is even more stressful....I thought. Little did I know I was planning a wedding across the country during COVID 19. After 3 trips and 1.5 years of planning with Meg, the entire world changed. Meg asked me if I wanted to move my wedding, I said no. She told me not to worry and we were going to make it happen anyway we can (following protocol obviously). I can truly say Meg looked into the rules and kept me updated on a daily basis. Not only did Meg follow rules and protocols to make my wedding safe for all my vendors and guests, she made my vision become a reality. Although we had a smaller guest list, we did not sacrifice anything short of what I wanted. The day was absolutely perfect thanks to Meg! Not only did Meg make my dream come true in an unprecedented time, she was more than a vendor.... she was my friend. Meg was there for me every step of the way (Even the day of her own wedding when I was having a panic attack about my wedding, she answered the phone). Mind you I live in NY so It's 3 hours earlier in the East Coast. Meg always answered me. This women is a wedding God. She did nothing short of an amazing job. If I had to go back to this extremely stressful time to plan a wedding, I would as long as Meg was my planner. She can make anything happen. I highly recommend choosing Meg. I can not thank her enough. Choose Meg!

We first spoke to Katie for an initial call and she was really knowledgable and friendly that I was sad to hear we would be working with another coordinator, but Emily happily jumped on a call to ease any worries I may have had. We went with the Month of Coordination service which allowed us to do most of the planning ourselves (most of our vendors were locked in early on, but MB provides a lovely list of vendors they've worked with in case it's needed). Emily had us fill out a very detailed questionnaire (you can tell they know what they're doing with the questions being asked) and went over every detail with us, including areas we were still figuring out. She was available for any questions I had as well leading up to the day, made sure to reach out to all of our vendors with the master timeline, and even provided some guidance for my cousin that was officiating for the first time. A big bonus is how many weddings they've coordinated at Walnut Grove that they're very familiar with the venue and the folks from Command Performance Catering. Emily led us through rehearsal the day before and made sure the actual wedding day went smoothly. She made it possible for us to focus on enjoying the day with our friends and family, but still keep on schedule with her gentle reminders.

Emily responded to each one with so much grace and expertise. Wedding planning can be isolating at times because there is so much to do - but I really felt like I had a partner in Emily. She was so responsive and enthusiastic! Her excitement and calm attitude carried me in moments I wanted to give up wedding planning altogether. On our wedding rehearsal - our bridal parties all remarked at how pleasant yet professional Emily was. She really made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Which was especially difficult because we had a bridal party of about 20+ people! On the day of the wedding, we had very strong winds (at an all outdoor venue) and I was blissfully unaware of the chaos occuring. But Emily and her assistant Katie handled the situation so well. Whenever Emily checked in with me regarding things that were not going to plan, she had so much confidence and peace that it was easy for me to make quick decisions. Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used rentatheirl equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

    We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team.     WOW! Is all I have to say about Michael and this company…read more I inquired about a quote for a Dee Jay for my birthday party and sent a request through their site. Shortly after, Michael called me and we talked about my party and what I was looking for. I saw on the site, they also offer Photobooths so I asked if it was possible to make a slight change to the photobooth and personalize it a bit for my party and sure enough, they were able to accommodate! I booked a DeeJay and Photobooth package. I got directed to their client login site (awesome) and I was able to include music, change and edit the timeline and add special requests of music. That client site made it so easy to plan my party the way I wanted it to be. DJ Cali was my DJ, she showed up looking gorgeous for my fancy birthday and she was ready to hype up the party as needed. All the music I had asked for were played and during our special dance...the Dancing on Clouds added such an emotional touch to our heartfelt song. It was BEYOND BEAUTIFUL! Professional, Communicative, Efficient and Wonderful would be the best words to describe what you are paying for when You decide to book them for an event.
