Would give negative stars if i could . This place is a joke . Apt came with most of the outlets not working, managers don't deal with the many tenants distributing and using drugs in the apartments, even though they claim having illegal substances is cause for immediate lease termination . Despite the rule against overnight visitor parking with no pass, there's plenty of traffic coming in and out all night, weekends are the worst. Watched a man doing heroin on his balcony. This place is not where you want to raise your family. Had my car dented from some random person who didn't live here dent my car door slamming it. Maintenance is a joke. The pictures are misleading , and the description listed for this cesspool is inaccurate . The 'picnic area' is two rusted tables behind one of the apt buildings that isn't used. Random 'inspections' are performed with no consent as an excuse for managers to go thru your home. I don't feel safe here. Neighbors place was broken into and the police didn't even show up to this neighborhood when called. Rent is way overpriced for the quality of the 'homes' and size. This place is a flop house for drug addicts and welfare recepients. Will NOT be renewing my lease when it is over. Disgusting place, horrible service. read more

I never write reviews. But after seeing what Beth C. wrote. I needed to write one now. I want everybody to know what is really like. I live at Silverwood and have been here for many years. I have never seen or heard of any of these things she is complaining about. I love living here. The Manager is very caring and understanding person. Who will go above and beyond to help you with any problems you might be having. She worked with me to get caught up on my rent and stop me from being late on my rent and paying late fees. As for the maintenance staff. The property is always kept clean. When it snows they keep the sidewalks cleared and safe for us to walk on them. Any time I have a problem in my apartment. They have it fixed in no time and are always so nice. read more

I just would like to say the staff Bonnie, Jessica and all the other ladies that help us in the Silverwood Farm Community have been nothing but helpful. Maintenance is incredible. Anything you need and he is on it. The process of moving in was incredibly easy. It is close to everything you need to grocery shopping to going to the movies. My daughters love it! I must say they are just wonderful. I was worried it would be loud and alot of people outside during the night but rest assure it is not like that. I just want to say to the people that are trying to get there own place, this is a place to start. read more

I have lived here for 8 years never had a problem.The property manager Jessica has always looked out for me just like family. Karen and Bonnie the other two office staff always pleasant and helpful the maintenance staff David, Casey, and Oscar have cleaned the snow off my car in the winter and had any problems repaired usually by the time I get home from work. happy resident JT read more

My Father and Uncle lived here for over 14 years. The apartments are well maintained and repairs, if needed, are done very quickly. You may request repairs online and usually within an hour they are completed. The office staff was excellent in assistance anytime if it was needed. Jessica went out of her way to assist both of "My Old Guys." I highly recommend Silverwood Farms and their staff. read more
