It is all about the bottom line, which you should watch careful if you rent from them. They will nickel and dime you for all sorts of fees. Be careful on what the fine print says. And the personality of some in the office is not pleasant. This is essential when you are the first interaction to a business. The maintenance staff is phenomenal and very helpful. They are used and abused by those in the office that refuse to get off their butts and out of the office to deliever something as simply as housing notices.

We told him communication with us as the landlords was the most important thing to us, he did not do that. 9 times out of 10 he would not answer our calls, he would really only respond to us in e-mails but about a week late and his reason was always that he was on vacation. He did not list the house as being available 60 days prior to the end of the lease of our current tenants as stated in the agreement. 2 days prior to the end of the lease it was still not listed, which was when we decided to go in another direction. I do not recommend him to manage your properties.
