The weather on friday was so wet the bag with the receipt was destroyed. Was informed it was my fault that the trousers were not in the box. Surely staff when accepting my cash for goods could see the missing item and rectify it. If you buy any sets as xmas presents for loved ones in Pennys ensure the contents are all there. And the wind gets crazy up there!! It gets super cold also. And many, like myself, were not prepared for that level of wind and that amount of cold. I was freezing and my thin cardigan just wasn't holding up! I stopped in the Cashel Woollen Store to grab a jacket and beanie. This is the perfect place for that. They have all the warm and cozy things you could need! It is pricey. So, not the best value. But when you are cold, you are cold. lol Service was great.

They also had the friendliest staff that were so sweet and knowledgeable. We spent some time socializing. I told myself not to jump on the first store on my first day without knowing what else would be available. I was initially planning a jam packed tour of all of Ireland and this afforded a lot of shopping potential. As it turned out for me this was the best store out of all that I traipsed through and now I have to wait a year and a half to return because I don't want to pay shipping costs.
