This was a big project for us, and there were quite a few revisions along the way as we worked through the details. They never made us feel rushed and were always willing to talk through ideas and make changes until everything felt right. One thing I really appreciated was how well they worked with our landscape designer. They incorporated her plans into the drawings and coordinated the additional details needed for permitting, which helped everything come together much more smoothly. We're excited to see the project finally come to life. The office has plenty of parking and is easy to find. There are located on the 2nd floor of a nice building. They gave me a free desk to work from and everyone has been super nice helping me setting up with WiFi and get coffee, basically feel at home. I was also surprise to notice that every office has a picture of the employee with their nam at each cubicle. They have soft skills guide all around the office, they obviously care about the work environment and emotional intelligence. I was think that I would want to work in a place like this. Tracy, my designer, helped plan and design my kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom, upstairs bathroom, as well as picking out the paint scheme and flooring for the entire house. The service she provided was excellent. She was available at all hours to answer any questions I had. They provide full service (get your mind out of the gutter), she even helped me order and pick up a lot of the materials I needed like tiles, appliances, furniture, etc. My house now looks totally new and worth a million bucks, even in this crap market we have.
