If you're considering an order from Sim Supply, don't do it. They are unusually pricey. I ordered bird suet from them thinking I was getting an 8 pack for $13.80 and turned out it was for one pack! I pay $1.58 a pack for the same suet at a local store. This was by far the worst experience I have had with an online dealer. No offer for a return. read more

Absolutely hands down the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I first ordered some metal pails with lids and received only the lids so I called and they sent the pails with more lids all taped up it looked like they just wrapped it all with clear tape was stuck all over the pails the second lids all bent up. I order a lot of stuff online for I run a concession business and order a lot of expensive and not too expensive products. my opinion is never order anything from this company. i ordered a item as a gift, 1st the send to also showed up as buyer. i called sims, a woman said because they did business with many companies with many locations, the debit card number was the important part of transaction. i went ahead with order. today i received a flurry of emails from sim saying their security flaged the order and the order was cancelled. they also said the money had been returned to the debit card bank but it would take up to 7 days to be returned to me. This company does bait and switch. I ordered an item and they sent me something else . Then told me to return the wrong item that was sent and then they would return my money. When I asked then when will I get the item I ordered they said I would not be getting it that they are pulling it down off of the advertisement. That's because they false advertise an item and tried to send something else. They blamed Wal-Mart for false advertising. I still have not gotten my issue resolved . The customer service I received was beyond excellent. I received a pet gate in the wrong color .As the color I wanted was not in stock, I contacted Sim Supply to arrange a return. Customer service apologized for the mishap, immediately issued a full refund (plus shipping)and stated I could keep the gate at no cost to me. I was so pleased I offered to paint the gate and if came out good I would gladly pay for it. Sim Supply responded it was not necessary for me to pay for the item. They were courteous, professional as well as empathetic. I don't understand why these other reviews were not positive but my experience was exceptional. read more

horrible. i got a christmas present from sears that came from this company. i did not like it and tried to return it. sears said i had to return it to the vendor and sim supply is making me pay for mailing the big package. so, now a christmas present that i didn't buy is going to end up costing me money. steer clear of this company -- use amazon not sears. much better for the person who you a buying a present for. read more

I agree with the last comment. If I could, I'd also give zero stars. I ordered electrical cable through Amazon. It arrived directly from Sim. After several weeks of trying to schedule my electrician, he didn't need the extra cable at all. I contacted Amazon, and then Sim, to return the unused/unopened cable and was told I was past their 30 day return policy. They would not under any circumstances accept my return. No exceptions. ...but...this is a non-perishable, untouched item, in the original packaging and the original box with all paperwork. Is there NO ONE in the entire company that can make a rational decision and accept this return? Must we let computers and "policies" limit our decision making powers? I addressed my request in writing to customer service and have not received a response at all. A kind customer service representative at Amazon was able to take care of a "past 30-day" return item without even having to speak to a supervisor. How hard can this be ?? read more
