It was our first time using this service. Pros- The drivers were friendly and drove safely. Cons- on the way there the AC don't work and it was a scorching day. On the way back we waited an hour and 40 minutes for our pre scheduled pickup. Not sure we would use again. read more

I've used Simcoe Airport Shuttle 3x last year and always had friendly, polite and courteous drivers. Took the shuttle today and had Brian as our driver. He was very rude, unfriendly and impatient. We had asked which doors were working at departures and he kept saying 'KLM is down further'!! We know this because that is the only airline that we fly on. But because of Covid, there is normally only one entrance working. Also the van was full, 7 people in total and all our luggage was crammed into the back He is a very abrupt driver and took all the back roads that were full of pot holes. Next time I book a shuttle I'll ask not to have him as a driver. If he would have been nicer, he would have gotten a tip!!! read more

I called here for a car service to Blue Mountain and they booked the reservation, all the while implying that it would be a single car and without saying once that it would be a jostling van. We accepted this information quickly, although we were surprised and even though the desk was... curt. She checked us in by not looking at us, but by calling over a driver that was about to leave (although they took our flight number over the phone and could have easily seen that we were delayed). After two and a half hours in the van, we finally got to our destination. Our driver was nice enough, but did not communicate when he would be stopping to drop off passengers or filling the tank. He also didn't know where our hotel was. We had to give the address at a few different points in our trip, even though it was a Westin in a well-known ski town, and had to eventually pull up a map on our phones. We were quoted $260 round trip for two people and that was an accurate price, but they didn't tell us that the return trip would be on their schedule and (for a 9:00am flight) they told us they were picking us up at 3:30am. This service is ridiculous. I would strongly recommend a different way to your destination. read more

Since posting my poor review earlier today (10-Nov-2016) - I have been told that I am blacklisted and cannot use the shuttle again - Simcoe County Airport Services specifically cited my Yelp review as the reason. As I was at YYZ waiting for the shuttle (1.5 hours once again), I was told that they would bring me home BUT if I said one bad word about the service to the other customers in the shuttle - the driver had been instructed by the dispatcher to simply drop me off at a service center along Hwy 400. Out of fear, I said nothing to anyone all the way home. I paid may fare ($77.00) and tipped the driver 15% as I always do and will NEVER deal with this company again. This is how they handle customer complaints and bad reviews - they do not deal with them or look at ways to improve their service - they take it out on the customer and are 100% unapologetic. They act like they are doing you a favour when you are paying good money for a service they are suppose to provide. I used this service on more than 50 seperate occasion over the last 14-months & they simply do not care about my business or anyone else's if you choose to exercise your freedom of speech rights and post a unflattering but accurate review. They DO NOT run every hour on the hour with a reservation. Evening and late nights are the most unreliable. They do not provide you a return time (coming back from the airport) on your reservation - they tell you to check in at the desk when you land and have your bags etc. Despite having your flight information - you have no idea what time they are putting you on a shuttle to go home. You can wait anywhere from 1.2 - 2 hours for a shuttle that is suppose to run each hour and it is especially bad if you get in after 10 pm. The dispatchers are RUDE and simply do no care. Remember - BE SURE NOT TO COMPLAIN OR YOU TOO COULD BE LEFT AT A SERVICE CENTER or the side of the road. If I could avoid using Simcoe County, I would...I've been coming to CFB Borden for the last decade, and it's really a shame that this company is the only option we have available. 100% late for pick-up time (on avg 30-45 min at best). They overbook all the time, and seems to be confused and disorganized on pick-up's. The price isn't the greatest and because they have MULTIPLE stops, the travel time is horrendous. Definitely avoid at all cost. read more

We've used them for 2 round trips from Innisfil to Pearson airport. We've not had a problem. It needs to be understood that this sort of service is not a taxi. It is a van and you will not be the only passenger. There will either already be people in the van or another pickup to do. Same thing coming back, you aren't likely to be alone. read more

I have used this service 4 times now and love it. I don't have to drive myself to the airport or pay a huge fee to park the car. A van leaves the airport every 60 minutes. Can't beat that!!! read more

Did two round-trips with them from Orillia to Pearson in the last few weeks. Everything went very smoothly -- pickup exactly on time, good drivers, vans in good shape, and arrived in plenty of time for airport check in. Because it is a shared van, there is some added time as they pick up other passengers and consolidate into one van to go to the airport, but that goes with the basic structure. The vans and the dispatcher stay in close touch to minimize any issues. read more

I called to make a reservation for an early-Monday morning pickup from CFB Borden to Pearson on the Thursday prior to travelling. I was told that I would be picked up at 3:30 AM and everything was good. On Sunday, I needed to change the building number from which I needed to be picked up. I am really glad I had... they had lost my reservation!!! How upset would I have been if I had not called and there was no van at 3:30 AM?!?! Having used similar services before, I understood that there would be pickups along the way, and I was OK with that. Our driver, (I think it was Jeff), was courteous and professional. I would recommend this service, as long as you call to confirm that you are actually getting a ride the day before, just to be sure! read more

This is THE WORST company ever!!! The man on the phone in the office is rude and has no personal skills whatsoever. The first time we used this service from the airport the driver had no idea where one of the drop off locations is. The second time we were late for the pick up due to the traffic on the hwy and the man on the phone was rude and telling me off. They wouldn't wait for us even though we were not even 10 min away. We were told we had to get to the next town which we did and we had to wait 30 min for the same van that couldn't wait for us few minutes. The driver on that route was very unpleasant, the radio was on full blast and he wouldn't turn it down when asked politely. Just waste of money becuse they are not cheap. Will never use their service again. I'd rather use my bicycle than have to do anything with this company. Just useless. read more
