The classroom instruction is intense, but necessary in making sure you are a highly desirable job prospect right out of their door. The on-road instructors exhibited for me, the perfect mix of support for tasks well done, and identifying and riding me hard on points I needed to get before my Ministry testing date. And I had a call from a motor carrier to drive an evaluation for them less than 3 hours after I had graduated and had my license in-hand: another called for an interview while I was in that evaluation: and as I was leaving after a successful driving eval, Crossroads phoned with a 3rd job prospect that now wants to fast-track me into one of their live runs in the next day or two for evaluation.
