I booked an appointment and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left; I was thoroughly impressed. Walking into the dental clinic, I was amazed at how clean and modern it looked. I noticed there were tissue boxes and hand sanitizer available all over the reception area. There was a coffee machine if I wanted one and free wifi. Plus, the washroom was spotless! I came in for my initial patient meeting, x-rays and then a teeth cleaning. The hygienist named Nana was so nice to me. She took her time explaining every single procedure. She actually checked on me while doing the teeth cleaning to ask if it hurt or if I was comfortable. Moreover, she took her time and made sure to do a thorough cleaning. My old dentist office would rush through it like it was some kind of race. At the end, Dr. Maria came in and looked over my x-rays and explained to me what my next steps were. She made me feel like I was more than just a patient. She was looking out for my best interests and I could feel it. After I scheduled my next appointment, all the staff thanked me by name as I left. I was googling potential places when my boyfriend suggested I try his dentist. Less than 3 minutes later I had a confirmed appointment that I was able to book using their online system. I was admittedly a little nervous when I went in having suffered at the hands of rancorous dentists in the past. My fears rapidly dissipated as Natalya worked on my teeth. I obviously needed a deep cleaning, but she was gentle and kind and made sure I wasn't in pain or uncomfortable. Dr. Morales then performed my oral examination. She informed me that I had a few cavities and some dicey pockets that would require seeing a periodontist; obviously not ideal, but she was kind and didn't make me feel ashamed. Rather, she worked with me in establishing a treatment plan and timeline that works with my insurance limitations and budget. (Gigi at the front desk was also extremely helpful in helping me understand the financial details and providing me the information needed to help plan out my treatment schedule.) I've been back a handful of times now and every time has been as pleasant and painless as before, and that really says something cause I've had a deep cleaning, a gum flap surgery, a root canal, and a filling. But I can say this... dentists who aspire to give you full crowns for movie-star teeth are not looking out for your best interests. Rather than an overlay which has margins above the gumline where they get cleaned through brushing, full crowns have their margins at the gumline where flossing is necessary. I've never had any luck flossing the outside and inside of my teeth. Now the slightest of margin issue at the gumline means the trapping of food and decay working up underneath the crown. Surprise - you now need a new crown - after the tooth is removed and you have had an implant! Best of luck to those travelling this road...

I've been a customer since 2002…read more Dr Paul Stratis performed my work in 2002 and I can confirm his work is excellent and stood the test of time. I had two crowns put in and they both were of superior craftsmanship, and I've enjoyed trouble free teeth since then. I made one big mistake in roughly 2007 but switching to a dentist closer to my new work location at that time. Live went on. Come 2019 I had a tooth that presented some issues and suddenly needed a rush root canal. I had issues locating a provider and decide to call up my old dentist and ended up being placed with Dr Nick Stratis, Paul's son. I can safely say the talent runs in the family. Nick was expert in his needle work, he performed the root canal quickly and expertly (on a rear molar the work is much more detailed). I had a temporary filling and a prescription for antibiotics in case the infection spread. Things recovered quickly. I went back for more detailed work and my new crown. Like before the finishing work was quick, clean, and expertly performed. I love my new crown. Absolutely no tooth or jaw alignment issues. Lastly, I should mention no great dental office is complete without great tooth cleaning experts. All of the staff who clean my teeth have done excellent work, and leave me walking away with super clean teeth and gums. It shows every time I smile. I feel obligated to maintain a great dental health routine just to not disappoint the staff on my next visit. And finally staff who run the front counter and manage appointments have been professional, organized, and super accommodating, when I've had to make schedule adjustments. Dr. Adibfar herself is nice but comes across as phony. 3 things especially bothered me: 1) When she was working on my mouth her hair was down and kept dangling onto my face. 2) She and her assistant kept placing their instruments on my chest as if it was a tray. 3) I experienced a lot of pain and sensitivity following my composite fillings (which I have had before and never had problems), so much so that for 2 weeks I couldn't eat or sleep without the help of NSAIDs and her only explanation was to hand me some free Advil and tell me it would decrease with time. 6 months later I still have sensitivity issues.
