The downside is that her office staff, while very friendly, never answers the phone or call back to set up my appointments. They don't send new prescription to the pharmacy on time and I also ran into an issue with her billing office trying to charge me for an EEG from over a year ago, which was covered by my insurance. I ended up having to switch doctors because I've been trying to get an appointment for several weeks now. I'm sad because I like Dr Wu, but I can't call every day until someone answers.

I was with her for almost 3 yrs complaining about stilll have symptoms and she continuously told me I was have silent seizures, partial on set at that. I never saw myself or has no one else see me react as that describes. She kept adding medications for me totally of three all at once . Starting to stutter, extreme fatigue, cognitive issues she stated it was my seizures. Sher ut me out of work permeably it effected my credit financial security my mental health and relationships. I had to accept state Ins and go to a new Provider which through careful discussion review of medical records and now hospital testing. SHE MIS DIAGNOSES ME. The Medical board also is involved not just with my case but others concerning her.

He offered zero recommendations, alternatives, referrals, path forward as he rushed out of my less than three minute second appointment. He provided zero after summary visit notes which I needed to potentially move forward. He had me come in for a second visit, he had me pay for medical imaging, and had me go for physical therapy for several weeks even though none of this was needed based on the specific situation, and our initial discussion regarding potential path forward. He basically made me go through all this and have another office visit with him just to increase cost even though there was no potential path forward based on what I had already provided him. His office refused a telehealth visit to save me time and money even though they offer the services. Instead I traveled over 40 minutes each way, and was forced to park illegally since there was no parking available just for less than a three minute discussion with him. He lied to me during the initial office visit regarding potential path forward, and in my opinion just took money for another office visit with zero potential positive outcome. I would discuss that not only as personal fraud, but potential insurance fraud based on zero chance of a issue remediation based on what I showed him previously and his follow-up comments at the second visit. Upon my second office visit he had no idea what I was actually there for, even though I had provided a tremendous amount of background information and additional imaging with very detailed explanations of my situation which I've been experiencing for many years and have seen many prior doctors for. Based on the above I believe he basically committed fraud, not only lying to me, but having my insurance cover a second office visit as well as wasting money on imaging and physical therapy that not only cost me money, but my insurance company and my employer who subsidizes the insurance. Stay away. Obviously he feels his time and income are more valuable than his patients.
