Don't go here! They book several people at the same time and don't supervise you or guide you at all while you're there. Not that it would matter if they did because the therapists aren't knowledgeable at all. I would ask them simple questions and they would tell me to call my doctor. They canceled my appointments that i made a week in advance multiple times with only an hour warning. Very unprofessional staff and office. You're better off watching YouTube videos than going here. read more

Admist multiple visits per week for weeks, the conscientious, kind and intellectual mannerisms from the individuals within this establishment never ceased. I was consistantly treated with considerate care. I would be overlooked to ensure that the correct motions and/or settings had ensued. And my concerns were always addressed without dismissal or being rushed. Dr. Yegorov certainly takes his time to explain things in depth. Not only is Alex a great therapist but he is also a great person. He treated muscle tension in my lower back for about 2 months and there was not one day where I dreaded to go see him. He is very good with appointments so I would never have to wait longer than 10 minutes and he is also extremely friendly. While he is treating you he will talk and keep you entertained. After sustaining a knee injury, i had difficulty finding physical therapy office that was dependable and was able to work around my schedule in Staten Island, i work in the city and needed to find an office that worked late nights. Majority of my appointments were after 7 pm and stuff always worked with me around my reschedule...Visiting Alex Yegorov office, i was met with professionalism, his team was always on top with treatments and appointments and very organized. I highly recommend !!! Before going to Alex, I was told that I would need surgery on my spine from a neurosurgeon. I started seeing Alex I am so relieved that I do not need surgery and I am feeling SO much better, living pain free, because of Alex. I don't remember the last time I've felt this good. Alex and the professionals here are amazing. I've been going to doctors for years and years but no one has truly helped me until I started going here and receiving physical therapy from Alex. He is extremely professional, caring, and always takes his time. I never feel rushed when I am here. He works on me for at least 45 min to an hour and is very communicative with what treatments he does and how they help me. A huge plus is that they are very flexible with scheduling and send an email reminder about appointments, too. I never wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. I have been going to physical therapy since April 2019. Alex and his staff are wonderful, Very professional and knowledgeable, in so many ways. I was diagnosed with a torn medial meniscus in my left knee and a torn lateral meniscus in my right knee. When I started I was experiencing pain and instability in my knees. I could not wear heels any more. I have to say that with the the expertise and various techniques of Alex and his staff, I have been able to strengthen my muscles around my knee. I am pain free and back in my heels. I highly recommend this physical therapy office. Their flexible schedule is great! read more
