Now I'll be the first one to say I have had my concerns with Comcast but on balance I think they do an ok job with a difficult service. This review has to do with returning my daughter's equipment. My daughter went to college in another city and I was not able to return her equipment there. So I brought it home and looked for a place to return the equipment - she had already canceled the service. Anyway, after a tough time finding a store, I came across the Tinley Park storefront and they could not have been more helpful. They took the equipment, called up her service number, and checked in the return. The return took all of 60 seconds, and this franchise used all the common Covid-19 safety precautions. Like this outlet and would not hesitate to return.

Went to this store to see if I could get a reduction on my Xfinity bill(internet & TV) or if there…read morewere any promotions & to remove my land line from the bill. I was told by a woman employee that the only thing she could do was remove the land line but I had to transfer to an Xfinity mobile cell for a charge of $50.00 a month. There was nothing else she could offer because I was grandfathered under an old program and it expired. She then said if I didn't like what she was offering I should cancel Xfinity and find another provider. I said I was calling customer service and she said go ahead they won't help you. I did call customer service got the land line removed at no cost, didn't have to get a new Xfinity cell phone and received a substantial reduction to my bill. If I were Xfinity I would question an employee who tells a customer (Using Comcast for 15 years) to cancel and go to a competitor
