Adam and his partner were punctual, thorough, friendly, and really went above any beyond (e.g. - they proactively replaced our outdoor outlet cover, which apparently wasn't to code) to provide us with the best customer service. Adam was also extremely responsive to all of our communications, and he even came back for a follow-up visit when we were having some issues with our WiFi network connectivity. He of course solved our problem, and he didn't charge us a dime to do so. Verizon corporate doesn't care about their customers like me who are over a certain age limit and basically if you are trying to reestablish Services, good luck with that because they're not paying attention. Most of the customer service is outsourced overseas and then when you do, tell them that you're trying to pay a bill like I'm trying to do right now they put you in a loop and I got into a argument with a lady who was not listening to me who was supposed to be the person to help me solidify the payment on the account but instead put me into a loop and I never got anything accomplished. That's why I left Verizon because they don't care about their customers and I used to have Verizon three times and the third time I was done I'm never coming back to the store. I would never recommend them. They do not respect their customers that are at a certain age they discriminate. I have yet spoken to anyone from corporate regarding the real problem with Verizon that's why I will never ever recommend them. Maybe they'll respond to this and I'll get resolution.
