They do these inspections from morning to early afternoon (can't remember exact times, I'd recommend calling, and it's first come first serve). There were a few people ahead of me but their waiting area is very comfortable with large couches, a TV and coffee for customers. The service was speedy and the cost was very reasonable (under $10). I would definitely recommend Pueblo's and I think they might be one of the only auto shops in town that do this sort of inspection.
