I went to this location specifically for a transmission flush, but they were unable to flush it and didn't call me to tell me that. All their costs are very high. I was charged $175 for 4 spark plugs. Their labor costs are extremely high. Get a full written detailed estimate BEFORE you let them work on your car and make them stick to it. Bay Auto provided me with nothing but honest, friendly, thorough, and amazing service…read more I had been getting hit over the head by another vehicle repair company, and so many people kept telling me "take it to Bay Auto," but I had been so busy I just went with what I knew. Recently, I had my vehicle at the other repair shop, they wanted to charge me for the following (their words verbatim via text message) "The hourly charge is 159. We would need to change out the brake fluid. The part is 97.95. It also calls for 4 hours to replace that hose. So the total after parts, labor and tax is $1,169.35." I knew right then in there I needed to get my vehicle to Bay Auto. I called Bay Auto, Tim answered right away and told me "bring it in, and we will take a look at it and take care of you." I had my vehicle towed to Bay Auto, and from there they took care of everything over the phone for me. My car stayed parked in their garage safe over the weekend. Come Monday afternoon Tim calls and tells me the exact same issue with my car but the price is $356.89!!!!!! My HEART DROPPED and I cried tears of joy. The relief I had was so indescribable. I had been stressing on how in the world I was going to come up with the funds. I didn't need to stress anymore because BAY AUTO was taking care of my vehicle at a way more reasonable price. I told Tim my car was about to hit 100,000 and my vehicle app kept telling me to refer to the handbook. Tim told me he would check it out, take a look at what needs to be done then get back with me. Next day Tim called me and let me know everything looked good but the handbook does recommend a transmission flush but it was completely up to me if I wanted Bay Auto to do it now or come back at another time. I told Tim to go head and knock it out, and they did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! The customer service is great, the environment is great, staff are friendly, realistic, and humble. The team at Bay Auto do their best to work with all their customers. Thank you Bay Auto!!!

EDIT: This is a business that boasts on its Facebook page, local newspaper articles and just about every other listing I could find, that they offer free tows, free customer pick-ups and drop-offs, etc. and that they go out of their way to offer great customer service experience. Let me remind you that the day Joe wanted me out of "his" shop and spared no effort getting me out of there, NOT ONE SINGLE SOUL offered me a ride home. They sent me WALKING. Yet their owner, Leo Mendez, creates a burner Gmail account so that he can pad his Google Maps stats with a 5-star review that goes something like "Great staff, Great service, Great deals". If the treatment my husband and I received in the last couple of weeks is your idea of great service from great staff, Mr. Mendez, then you have no business being in business. Keep in mind that before this edit, I'd contacted the manager of Autocrafters, the shop that referred us over to Apollo, because we felt that he needed to know exactly who he'd referred us to. Not only was that shop manager completely disgusted by how we'd been treated, he CONFIRMED that Joe had behaved the same way - rudely, that is - towards him several times! But that before now, he had always dismissed it as "shop humor". So my experience with Joe is not unique, and judging from some of the Google Maps reviews, it's a rather disturbing pattern of behavior. Now my husband, after hearing about how I'd been treated, decided that he wanted to at least try to have a talk with the owner of Apollo Automotive, to see what, if anything, could be done about the wonderful Mr. Joe. What we got instead? You guessed it - Joe. Who promptly portrayed me as an hysterical woman making a scene and "using scare tactics" - yep, 5'5", 140lb. me is SO big and scary! - for what? I don't know. He told my husband he "did nothing wrong" - because flying off the handle before your customer can say a solitary word as they're walking in the door and ultimately sending them walking home when your business brags about offering free rides is doing nothing wrong - and sent us packing... again. Then comes the piéce de résistance. My husband receives a phone call from Joe after we get home from Apollo... Joe's "sorry, not sorry" apology. An effort to appease my husband by saying he wished my husband could have talked to one of the girls that was there that day so that they could verify his version of events. (Spoiler alert - there was only ONE girl there the day I was in the shop (the one apologizing and trying to smooth things over while Joe was busy behaving like a jackass), so I don't know how my husband is supposed to talk to "one" of the "girls" Joe claims was there. Let's nevermind the notion that Joe has said girl's job in his hands, so she's going to say anything and everything HE wants her to say, so let's just call that an unreliable witness at best). He finishes the call by saying that if my husband and I ever need anything for our cars in the future, to bring them in and he'll "hook us up". As IF I'll ever pay him a single red cent again, and as IF I'd trust him with my car at this point... that'll be a hard pass there Joe. Still waiting to hear from Leo Mendez.

Gardner Auto to the RESCUE!…read more I was in town for the weekend with my grandson for a swim competition, when my Tundra decided to die on me, I called Gardner Auto and they quickly answered my call, keep in mind, I was stranded on the side of the road when they answered my call and determined is was possible my alternator was bad, they came to my rescue, took my truck back to the shop and they got me back on the road the same day with a new alternator and new battery.
