He came out when he said, and we went over what I needed to be done. I needed a complete tear off and re-roof of my house and a dormer that needed new siding. He gave me a bid on Monday, and it was a fair bid. His crew started work first thing the next Friday morning. They tore off the entire roof, cleaned everything up and had it all watertight that night. The next day they started shingling and finished the entire thing that day.
