Dan built a cubby out of a plywood project panel and then used some scrap wood I had laying around to create a broom closet in the rest of the space. The cubby unit seems sturdy, and Dan trimmed it out with water-resistant PVC trim. Dan provided a thorough estimate for the job, and his price was fair. He was communicative about his arrival time on the scheduled work day.
