He responded with a reasonable quote for inside/outside/sill and screen cleaning for my two-story house, and we scheduled an appt right away. He and two other crew members came out and did a very nice thorough job! My family moved into this house 13 years ago and we had never cleaned the windows professionally. WOW - WHAT A DIFFERENCE! They jacked us around for over a week, missing three days they had promised to start their work. They provided us a quote that was supposed to include a boom lift for our building and silos. They later said they had not estimated correctly. They may be able to clean a gutter or wash a house, but they're lack of experience was evident from the beginning. They took photos to show me what was blocking the rain-water flow, and used a pressure washer to clean away the debris that they flushed through the gutter drains.
