Craig just left my house after 5 hours of deep cleaning and it looks so great I don't want to touch anything. I love that he brings everything that is needed. My wife and I never had someone else come in to clean our home. "It's a waste of money; we can just do it ourselves." Then, life just got overwhelming and we decided to take one thing off of the plate and try a cleaning service. After reading reviews about cleaners and maids in the area, I became hesitant. (Poor cleaning, missed appointments, no customer service...) Then we came across Craig's site. He seemed to offer what we were looking for, personal accountability, same people cleaning, natural/safe products, steam cleaning, etc. I am SO glad I decided to call. Although Craig was away, he immediately got back to me to asses our needs. He is VERY conscientious and punctual (and he is always working; I get emails from him at all hours.) All good sure, but can they clean, YES! He and his partner Bonnie did a very thorough deep cleaning our our home. Furniture was moved, surfaces were streamed and dusted. They are a great team! The best part, they are nice people. Who cares? You should of you are letting someone into your home. My wife and I felt at ease after one meeting and Craig proved us right by honestly assessing the time spent and even leaving money behind, which we left in an envelope for him. Just to explain we had a new house built this year and had to move in while it was still in process. It took is quite a while to unpack. We still had sheetrock dust everywhere along with just not being able to clean with all of the boxes around. The place got so dusty and the rugs were terrible for being new. We are having a party this weekend so we set a goal to be completely unpacked and I told myself I would treat myself to having my house cleaned being I wouldn't have time to do it myself before the party. I heard that Clean Freakz was VERY detail oriented so I didn't hesitate to call them. I had used another company in the past and they just skip the details like moving the garbage pails and cleaning behind them. They try to skip steps so that they can finish fast. Clean Freakz does NOT! It is pretty obvious he cleaned our home with the same care that he would clean his own and THAT is what counts when you are hiring someone to do what you may not have time to do.
