My neighbor had been very clear about what she needed and got a price for that. When this man came, he said that he was the owner. He argued with her and was very rude to her and refused to do what they had agreed to. She offered to pay more money etc-no. He said very rude things to her and they both acted like they did not know what they were doing-I was watching, horrified that I had recommended this business to my friend. Bottomline: DON'T use this business.
