I feel I should add, I had about 3 cords of wood that needed to be relocated, they accepted the job, and did an excellent job stacking the wood. Hear is something you do not hear often, As the job whole job entailed stacking the wood and power washing the home. The stacking of the wood was a huge job, and took 5hrs, he informed me he would return at a later date to do the power washing, I tried to pay him for the stacking....but he refused to take my money, as he put it, the entire job was not completed, he did return, and did a fantastic job. Evidently, there has been a change in the business. Today a very rude and surly man and his wife showed up for the appointment to clean the windows. My neighbor had been very clear about what she needed and got a price for that. When this man came, he said that he was the owner. He argued with her and was very rude to her and refused to do what they had agreed to. She offered to pay more money etc-no. He said very rude things to her and they both acted like they did not know what they were doing-I was watching, horrified that I had recommended this business to my friend. Bottomline: DON'T use this business.
