Whenever Chris or Nova began a trip, they called to update me on the status--even if the trip didn't directly involve me. For example, when Chris started the pickup at the hospital, I received a call informing me. Once the body was loaded into the vehicle, he called again to confirm. Duzak went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. When we requested a final private viewing at the crematory, they readily agreed without hesitation. They even drove to our home to pick up the clothing and delivered copies of the death certificates they had collected from the county office--without us having to ask.
